It is still in close proximity to town, 12 min drive during regular time and 20-25 during rush hour.
This area is generally a more expensive part of the city, offering newer development, relatively upscale residential, town homes and condos, with low property crime on quiet residential streets, excellent schools and superb recreational opportunities. Many homes in this area have amazing designs, maticulious landscaping and are very efficient homes. Fine Dining, pubs, nice trails and beaches, skate park and Oliver Woods Community Centre for all ages are just a small scheme of what this neighbourhood offers.
