The Old City Quarter Is located right at the heart of downtown Nanaimo’s offering culture, arts, fabulous dining, Port Theatre and one of a kind shopping. Transportation through the bus terminal, float planes to downtown Vancouver (20mins), passenger ferries to Gabriola, Protection and Newcastle Island. All amenities one would need are all in walking distance and there’s no shortage of park space and community festivities in the area.

Over the past years and to date there has been updating and revitalization of heritage buildings along with the addition of new developments which complement the architecture.
